It makes you wonder that if you work hard everyday and then hard times come upon you what are you to do in case of emergency. Once you lose your job or are laid off, you are sometimes forced to reach out and get in line with the others who are struggling and sign up for medicaid. YES! Medicaid the free insurance that in most cases doesn't have all the services you need or are used to. This is what we as Americans have to depend on in order to be seen by a doctor, so they can tell us what we already know. In some instances they don't tell you everything and they are just looking forward to receiving the money you have to shell out after they try to give you a diagnoses that you like to hear.

    Your situation is excatly the reason we need to help the President push through his health care reform, because those without money suffer because they do not have money.

    The health care access concerns are so monumental that the average unemployed, uninsured and underinsured individual can't cope with it.
    The fact hat it may take as much as 10 visits to just file for help is only the tip of the iceberg. Once you have filed you find out that the program you have been placed in is not handling you medical problems that have stabilized you condition. Medications you have been taking are not available to you under your new Medicaid Program. Program physicians are not as concernor knowledgible as you would like them to be.
    Keep the faith. Chronic health conditions and money to treat them is a national dilema, of which our country is going to be forced to address in the near future.

Life with a Chronic Illness is a lot harder than you may think. I say that because I not only live with one illness, but I live with four Chronic Illnesses. All of my illnesses require me to take medication, and those medications can be costly if you don't have insurance or if you are on disability with Medicare. I see and hear all too often that many people especially diabetics are falling ill because they are rationing their medication,  and they are unable to pay for the necessary medications to keep them alive. I myself had to deal with this, and I have to admit that it was all so shocking to me to find out, that my seizure meds cost less with my Medicare insurance and GoodRX. I was also able to receive my test strips at a much lower cost; but there was something missing.....MY INSULIN!!! We made it! Let's come together and be proud of the fact that another year has passed, and we get the chance to get it right for 2019! Last year brought heartache and pain, various doctor visits and memories that last a lifetime; but one thing it did not bring is DEFEAT! Many of you know that I live with various illnesses, and many ask me how do I do it...my answer is simple MY FAITH! My mother had been sick for a long time, and she was in and out of the hospital, having various surgeries, and through it all her FAITH never wavered.
